Each HitZero! Cheer Hair ponytail is custom made to order, created specifically for your athlete. Because of this, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• The hairpiece has not been worn

• There is a drastic color mismatch

All HitZero! Cheer Hair orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior to shipping. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the price of your product.

Each hairpiece is carefully packaged and shipped upon completion. Before your order ships, you’ll receive photos of your finished ponytail so you can see the final result. Once your package has been placed into the shipping system, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey to you.
